1. What this service is
Minteo is a free self-service tool for freelancers and Ukrainian FOPs. We are NOT a tax advisor and are not responsible for tax calculations, filing reports, or decisions of state authorities.
2. Account
- You create an account with truthful information.
- You are responsible for password and session security.
- One account — one person or one business.
3. What we don't do
- We don't file tax reports for you.
- We don't calculate tax amounts (we just show deadline reminders).
- We don't process payments — clients pay you directly.
4. Your responsibility
- For the accuracy of data you enter.
- For the correctness of acts and bills you generate.
- For compliance with Ukrainian tax law.
5. Prohibited
- Spam, malicious activity, reverse-engineering or hacking attempts.
- Creating fake invoices or documents for fraud.
- Abusing the free plan (mass accounts, bots).
We block offending accounts without warning.
6. Free and as-is
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it stable but make no guarantees about 100% uptime or error-free operation.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. If changes are substantive, we'll notify you by email and update the date on this page.
8. Closing your account
You can close your account anytime. Email support@minteo.app.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
