Do I need a credit card?

Is my data safe?
Yes. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available. Passwords are stored only in a protected form — not even our team can read them. Data travels over an encrypted channel. You can see all active sessions in your account and sign out of any device. We never share data with third parties.
Does Minteo generate invoices or completion acts?
Yes. The app creates a PDF completion act with your business details and a signature block. You can pull line items from the tracker and share a public link with your client.
Does Minteo calculate taxes?
No. Minteo tracks your finances before tax — income, expenses, profit. If you're a Ukrainian FOP, the app reminds you about unified tax and ESV payment deadlines 7 days in advance. You calculate the amount, file any declarations, and pay yourself via your bank, Дія, or accountant.
Can I import tracked time into an invoice?
Yes. When creating a completion act, choose a client and date range and the tracker entries are pulled in automatically.
What languages and currencies are supported?
The interface is available in 20 languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese and more. 49 currencies are supported.
